Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time takes 1-2 weeks, but typically we strive to deliver all orders within this time frame (worldwide). Tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Standard Intl' shipping

Europe: 1-5 days Rest of the World: 1-2 weeks

FedEx Economy

Europe: 1-3 days Rest of the World: 1-6 days

FedEx Express

Europe: 1-3 days Rest of the World: 1-3 days

Are taxes and import duties included in the item price?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.  

Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?

We guarantee worldwide delivery before Christmas when you place an order with us on or before December 9, 2024.

Orders placed after 20th December 2024 will be shipped out from 3rd January 2025 onwards.   

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DPD, PostNL, UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

In the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to receive the item(s) back in its/theirs unused, original packaged state (buyer's expense) and offer you either a refund or a replacement.

Please contact us prior to returning an item.

Can I get my product personalized?

All products can be customized and we can put almost any image on canvas. Just contact us with your specifications and we'll make you an offer you can't refuse.
